The pricing for our self-pay patients it is even it is simpler; we charge $110 for initial visit and we will charge $85 for all follow up visit disregard of the nature of visit, and our maximum price for the visit is $300. For patient this means anything more than $300 will be written off by us and Patients are paying only $300 (exclusions applies, And preventive Care like vaccinations and Screening for STD is not included in this maximum office visit.

Generally, we don't need appointments. Just walk in when you need us. But for less urgent matters we always prefer you to make an appointment, since we provide a lot of services, our patients always prefer to make appointment. We have an order for patient triange as our policy that as follows:
1- Emergency or Urgent patients (patients with injuries or extreme discomfort, etc)
2-appointment patients.
3- Walk-in non-urgent patients.
You should visit the emergency room for life and limb threatening conditions, such as significant chest pain, shortness of breath, passing out and severely broken bones. Although our offices are staffed by board certified providers, while we emphasize that the life threatening emergencies may require hospitalization and advanced care for some consitions like stroke or heart attack is available only at a hospitals. Please call 911 if you are experiencing an emergency. If in doubt, sometimes we can identify if you need and Emergency Room admission and we can facilitate when in doubt your admission, by calling 911 for you. As we mentioned you are better off to make and informed decision .But according to NIH National Institue Of Health) studies have shown Non-Urgent and Semi-Urgent visit to Emergency rooms between 2006-2009 have been 28.8% for semi-urgent and 10.1% for non-urgent visits and only 61.2% have been even not Emergency visits and they have been both Urgent and Emergency visits.
